Product Description:
The mentioned function is achieved because the said fabrics with respective three different layers.
1.Collecting layer: It is made of the yarns with soft nap During the operation, any liquid ejected onto the gown will be absorbed and held from dropping to the floor, we are the first one to pay attention to the floor.
2.Diffusion layer (Mid): More or less the liquid will penetrate into the 2nd layer. However the penetrated liquid will not flow back to the first layer due tha t the same direction of yarns to be arranged for the special knitting way. This is another reason to prevent liquid from dropping to the floor. Meanwhile the liquid is
diluted after diffusion which causes reducing the polluted area about 20% and subsequently making less infection.
3.Isolating layer (Inner): This layer is TPU (thermo plastic urethane) laminating with the mid-layer to prevent all possible dirty liquid away from
contacting with medical staffs in any case. Also after job, there will be no infectious danger to the cleaning worker who just turns the gown inside out and packed for laundry. |
