We produce a previuosly unknown 4th form or "phase" of water, H2O, a stable, dry solid at room temperature and normal atmospheric pressure. This phase of water has an extreme polar charge at opposite ends of its oblong, 8-molecule formation. It is produced by introduction of an ionizing agent in ultra pure H2O at a very specific ultra-dilute level, causing the coulomb force of the separated ions in the solution to exert an exteme electrical pressure on surrounding water molecules, locking them into this stable phase, originally referred to as Ie (ice formed under and electric field), then known as "stable water clusters", now referred to as Double Helix Water. In sufficient concentration, these clusters aggregate into a double-helix that mirrors the DNA double-helix. This Double Helix Water "phase" of H2O has demonstrated major health benefits, and has been shown to be the material basis of the "Meridians" of Oriental medicine. It is also marketed as a very powerful fuel catalyst.
