By supporting the work of artisan women groups across the region who use natural products or recycle paper, glass or plastic items we empower them to meet their needs and their family’s aspirations.
By grinding or pulping natural resources as well as recycling others, these groups are able to craft uniquely bestowed items of all types. From African kiondos to beads, kikoys, clay products, bracelets, bangles, earings etc.
The beads are varnished and embellished with fine touch to produce exemplary accessories for the modern woman. Worn, these beads, ear-rings and bracelet sets represent a sustainable hand down of East Africa’s heirlooms. The skills shine through the flaked fingers of the women who make them and any imperfections demonstrate the authenticity of the products we sell
