Product Description:
Highly flexible nickel-titanium rotary instruments for safe and fast treatment of root canals.
Wizard CD root tools with a working part taper ratio of 14%, 10%, 8%, 6%, 4% and 2% are intended for machine preparation of a root canal by means of the Crown Down method (from a crown to apex). Nickel-titanium alloy, from which they are manufactured, ensures high flexibility of these tools.
Cutting edges of a tool are discontinued by grooves in a helix to increase cutting property of tools. Increased cutting property decreases cutting resistance on walls of a root canal. Dividing of cutting edges by means of grooves is performed in such way that the grooves are always overlapped by cutting edges during tool rotation and so it is ensured perfect smoothness of a root canal. Considerable variable inclination of spiral grooves and discontinuous cutting edges of tools reduce substantially a possibility of a tool working part cutting into a root canal and its twist off. It is necessary from the same reason that a cutting edge at a tool tip would have lower cutting property than the remaining working part. Therefore, a cutting edge at a tool tip is undivided. The length of an undivided cutting edge of a working part is various depending on a tool angle and its diameter at a tip. A tool tip is appropriately rounded, what results decrease of perforation danger in a root canal. |
