Mr. Charlie Lim founded LCW Investments Pte Ltd on 14 July 1995. The company's primary objective was to make bird's nest products easily available and more importantly, affordable to all levels of consumers. Since then, LCW has grown into both a retailer and wholesaler of processed, unprocessed and bottled bird's nest.
With his familiarity and knowledge of swiftlets and their nests, Charlie has been actively engaged as a swiftlet house farming consultant since 1998. Indeed, he has been so successful that he recently established a new consultancy arm, appropriately named “Swiftletswift”, which provided consultation and management services to locals as well as our neighbors in Indonesia and Malaysia. LCW proved particularly useful in assisting individuals and corporations that were contemplating investments in the form of swiftlet housing. The advice and knowledge that Charlie imparted to his potential investors has proved invaluable, from the renovation and upgrading of existing bird's nest houses to the investment and construction of new swiftlet houses within Malaysia and Indonesia.
